Like every year, IIFA 2015 too saw some dazzling outfits on the green carpet. Our Bollywood beauties strutted in style and few stood out as clear winners. Right from crochets to lacy material to shimmery glitter, all made way for these flowy beauties. Here are my top picks, which not only made heads turn but also brought some fresh designs to the fashion scene.
1) Sonakshi Sinha in a very edgy Anamika Khanna creation. She was completely bang-on with her look. Going into minor detailing like her metallic nail colour and her Mohawk-ish hairdo, everything made a bolder statement. I am absolutely in love with the lacy cover-up again with metallic shades. Total Adorbs!!
2) AditiRao Hydari in a Sabyasachi Creation. The floral lehenga with a striped cropped top was a perfect combination of meeting Indianness half-way. Like always, a well toned bod can bare it all!! Plus she’s pulled the look off with so much flair.
3) Shraddha Kapoor in a Georges Chakra outfit. No one else could have carried a goth look with so much gorgeousness. (Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen donning an outfit of the same designer at the Cannes this year and boy Oh boy, what a beauty that was too!)
4) Huma Qureshi in a Shivan and Narresh saree, which needed a completely different draping. The shiny gold colour mixed with jet black was a perfect combo but the draping teamed up with the strappy blouse didn’t go down well on the fashion scenes. Now I am all super excited and thrilled to mention about the clutch she’s carrying. Yes, ladies and gents, “BOGA ACCESSORIES” makes its bang on debut at the IIFA 2015. The cute little black clutch with the gold plated border stands out for sure in this outfit and you ladies know exactly where to shop this most sought after accessory from.
