Here’s a little something for both the dessert lovers and alcohol fans but first let me mention, those of you who do not drink or are social drinkers can opt for the cocktail desserts at Trident, BKC as it has been perfectly crafted with a lot of finesse. Moving away from the tag of cocktail desserts aren’t meant for everyone, since that’s a BIG myth. You have to try it to taste for yourself the sweet indulgence of cocktail desserts, which you wouldn’t ever regret. A big big thank you to a the ever smiling and equally helpful Simareet Bhasin, who by the way introduced me to these beauties and now I am hooked on to these cocktail desserts. The lavish and large spread of such mixed taste palettes was available to make sure there’s a little something for everyone’s sweet tooth. As you can see for yourself how lively and enticingly beautifully presented they look.
What makes me all happy from inside about sharing such experiences is the art that goes behind it and this one especially is a pure labour of love, mixed with pure passion for creating something unique which can be turned to for all kinds of celebrations. I was super stoked to meet, interact and learn and also relearn few interesting facts about cocktail desserts from the main man and The Executive Chef Ashish Bhasin, who lives to highlight the core essence of everyone’s life – Celebration. Thus introducing the Celebratory desserts – COCKTAIL DESSERTS!! He was more than happy to give a quick insight about how this cocktail merger became synonym with celebration and how fresh fruit is optimized to get the maximum of it. I can talk with him for hours on end… Sigh! Sadly the session had to end 😛
