My Guide To Wear The Right Seal Hoodie

Selecting the right hoodie is always a tricky business. I find it quite easy to shop hoodies for those super cold places with a lining inside or double coating for the snow. You just select a pattern and make sure the layering in it has been taken care of for extra protection against harsh weathers. But when it comes to picking the right hoodie for you for moderately cold to breezy places, then you’re in for a soup. Because you need to take care of few things and remember few pointers to not make you regret your decision. Especially for places like Mumbai where December and January weather is also pleasantly cold and not unbearable, which makes my hoodie choice also very much quite specific. And yes, how can I forget to keep it stylish too! Who says winter layering can’t be fun?

So these are my must haves to get the right hoodie for pleasant weathers :

The zipper should have a styling option wherein one could play with a lighter lining or the flaps.
Ribs on the sleeves and waist.
Solid colour since I wanted to pair it up on lighter shades.
Cotton rib for easy breathability.
No lining whatsoever.
Contrast hoodie colour from the inside to give a very chic border when you wear the hoodie.
Perfect length that sits right above your waistline so that you don’t get submerged in it and you can pair it with almost anything.

Luckily for me, the Seal Hoodie had a big tick on all of the above.

As you can see in the pics, I decided to pair up the Seal Hoodie by Stalk By Love with a side slit full length lemon yellow skirt by AND. The city seems a little different with this on and I get to transform this Seal Hoodie from a stylish wear over my workout clothes as effortlessly too.
