This was my cheerful and peppy look of the day for a recent event I attended which saw the launch of new Oriflame products. Once again going for a comfortable yet girly look, I have opted for a front-buttoned blue crop top and teamed it up with a flower power pleated skirt from West Side.

I love the ombre effect the sun has left on my hair, makes me feel like a Disney princess J Stepping out of my own comfy zone, this time around I have decided to wear my pearly white diamond studded neckpiece over my collar (The neckpiece is also from Sassy Shif collection, email me to own it girlies). It adds a wonderful white balance to the plain jane pocketed blue top. The usual me would say a big no- no to this kinda style. But, hey I am not complaining with the outcome of this blue bonanza! Trying something new and mixing it up with comfy fashion is the key to make a head turner entry. Donning my favourite black leather watch and earthy suede heels were the only accessories besides the neckpiece. A simple blow dry with slight natural curls is my goto look at all times, whether your in a rush or if it is just one of those days where you don’t wanna spend much time getting ready. All these things just enhance my pleated skirt look, don’t they??
