I’m Bringing SEXY Back with Saree

Triveni Feature

Boy Oh Boy, can there be anything more hotter than a beautifully draped Indian sarees? Every Time I have an opportunity to get into a saree, without fail Justin Timberlake’s “Sexy Back” comes to my mind. With those beautiful backless blouses adding loads of oomph and sexiness.

I will admit though that it’s been awhile since I have been in a saree and that is why I was ecstatic when “Triveni Sarees” gave me an opportunity to be a part of an innovative and informative saree draping seminar. I am sure all you lovelies have already seen those draping pics across my social handles last week. Along with their head designer giving us some super useful tips, we also got to witness first hand a sample of all the different and vast fabrics used by them to selectively style each and every saree. My first impression of this terrific duo “Arvind & Shilpi” was a cheerful and an excited bunch driven by passion towards this creative field. No wonder their designs exhibit the level of research and thoughts put behind their saree collections.

Little insight about “Triveni Sarees” – They believe the Indian woman is a TRIVENI (meaning fusion) of colourful contradictions – Tender yet strong, classy yet contemporary, graceful yet vital. They strive to bring fashionable yet very affordable and accessible products to all the women. I am sure you must have come across Triveni designs in a lot of malls too. I personally admire the fact that Triveni brings something to the table for every custom, every occasion and it cuts across various ethnic needs. How cool is that, isn’t it? So many ladies would prefer ready sarees and they provide those too 🙂

The saree which I am seen donning in the pictures is a chiffon saree with a digital print on it and is divided into season’s three most elegant colours – Blue, off-white & yellow. The multi-coloured self digital print, just washes away all the monsoon blues,  I would opt for this saree for a day party or even to a function with the help of a statement chunky neck piece.  I am wearing red and golden jaipuri earrings and have decided to make an unruffled hair bun to give that easy going look. Bring out your Desi side girls and flaunt a Triveni Saree in style!!
