Flow With Your Maxi Cape From Shopresso

All the way through Summer, keeping the fashion quotient easy, breathable and stylish in flowy maxis have been a thing with me. Right from denim maxis to shift dresses and full-length shirt-dresses, I have tried covering all my favourite style files with you gals. So when I spotted a cute Maxi Cape on Shopresso I decided to quickly grab it as it takes my love for maxis to another level by combining it with some cape style. Front buttoned, rayon material and high slit in the front leads to highlighting the deep blue colour of the maxi cape. The occasion for the day was the Spring-Summer launch of some unique travel gear by American Tourister, Samsonite and Lipault at Café Zoe, Mumbai.

Let me begin by saying how much I loved their collections and as you can see me in the picture, I am gaga over this bold orange travel bag from Lipault as they gear up for some Spring-Summer essentials. This was my ultimate travel companion from the lot.

I decided to jazz up the Maxi Cape and not play it safe this time. Hence, I added a fluorescent green tube and left few buttons open for a contrasting upper half. While for the leggings, I chose faded light blue ones with silver buttons detailing at the ankle. I like the white flowers print on the flair of the maxi cape and the rayon is almost wrinkle free so now more worrying about the creases. I added some soft curls to break the monotonous wavy look I otherwise don. To keep the gold buttons some company, I decided to pair my maxi cape with some gold and pink pearl juttis from Handcrafted By Adah. Opting for heels or stilettos would be so ordinary and a maxi cape deserves a twist, don’t you think? Plus the Indian touch through these carefully crafted juttis have added so much class and finesse to the look overall.
