Day 3 of Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2016 saw some hottest trends on the runway and some whimsical designs, which left all the fashion lovers in awe of all the showcasing. I decided to keep it a comfy and a lacy affair on this day with some easy layering. Hence, on a maroon side slit maxi dress I opted for a laced crop top and a packed neck yellow tee to bring out the perfect contrast. Since this season was all about the shimmer and shine, I added some copper stilettos and a copper bag to keep the mood very festive and celebratory. Completed my look with a handcrafted statement neckpiece called as “wings of fire”. Have linked all the brands at the end of the article for an easy reference point for you all.
Have a look at all the showcasing of day 3 of Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2016 that includes my personal favourites.
Kanika Goyal – Kanika Goyal’s Collection started off the day 3 Winter Festive Fashion showcasing. I liked the fact that easy dressing was the core of her designs and it was inspired by the architectural style of Frank Gehry.
Doodlage – Where do I start about Doodlage? Kriti Tula brought out the child in her with a very fun, quirky and playful collection called “Hopscotch”. Her designs included her signature and personal favourite patchwork designs along with a happy surprise of an additional pocket.
