Day 2 Of Lakme Fashion Week 2016 With LYF Smartphones

Today was the Day 2 of Lakme Fashion Week and it started of with the presentation of Indian Textiles keeping in sync with the contemporary fashion of today. Also, since it was Textile Day today, what better way to start off the season’s biggest fashion trend than these collections. I was so impressed with the collections and the cool burst of colours they brought to play.

Just as you can see in the collections presented by Swati Kalsi that were an epitome of Indian Wear with a knee length pants twists just as how technology is mixed with design. The hues of red and black were wild, reminding of darker shades deeper like our soil and earth. Each and every collection had hints of these four elements from nature.

Swati & Sunaina highlighted the hand-spun cotton and we saw some ethereal zari saris with Mughal Motifs. The colour palette was so much alike the cool blue waters and it held some beautiful summer friendly shades of corals and lighter tone blues. Pics clicked on my Water element LYF Smartphone

Lakme Fashion Week 2016 Day Two Designer Pella Collection

Pella was all about comfort, style and easy draping. Symbolizing our nature and mother Earth, the colours of beige and brown won us over. The free-flowing garments for me were perfectly one with our natural habitat.

Other than the trendy fashion shows, I was also a part of a fun interactive session wherein I chatted up with few of the most wonderful and dapper looking, stylish boys and girls. Had a crazy time goofing around and talking about what gets us going when it comes to our tech and our fashion.
