Anarkali trend takes one back all the way to the Mughal era and it is definitely one of the most stylish vintage trends that have always been around for ages. Of course there are some modern takes on this frock style Indian attire, which can be worn with a churidaar or simply paired with some indo-western elements. I have been a fan of the Anarkali cut when it comes to styling Indian attire with ease. They are ethnic, traditional and royal with a perfect feminine touch, this attire is a sure must have in all our wardrobes and I can say it with assurance that every Indian woman has atleast 2-3 different types of Anarkali’s. Yes, we cannot live without these. So I decided to shop for two of my personal favourite “Anarkali” patterns from Ira Soleil & I put together two different party looks for you all. There’s a complete contrasting monochrome look as well which is a perfect summer look!!
Anarkali Trend Look One
My first pick was a dainty and feminine deep brown floral printed Anarkali kurta teamed with black leggings ideal for a reception or a friend’s wedding. Right from the mandarin collar to the v-neckline with same coloured buttons detailing in the front, this is my ideal pick for a party look, which is quick to put together and doesn’t even need much accessorizing. Add a choker or a necklace and you are good to go. I like the golden embossed panel on the flair and below the bust. If you want to go complete Indian, then I would suggest you add a beautiful golden net dupatta to this look. The best part about this look is the super soft and stretchy viscose, which gives you the desired fit and flows along the body. I like how Ira Soleil has come up with the perfect mix of fresh colours and trendy cuts this season, which translates into easy dressing options for us women on the go.
My next pick is a girl next door, fun and chirpy Anarkali look again by Ira Soleil
Anarkali Trend Look Two

For Look 2, it is a deep pink and black floral printed Anarkali with golden printed panel on the shoulders and on the sleeves. I like the snug fit and the contrasting mandarin collar, which runs down with an additional panel in the front. The mix of lycra and viscose makes this outfit a perfect number for Summer weddings or even for a day look. You can opt for a black or pink churidaar and you are set for the event. I like to keep the accessories to the bare minimum especially keeping in mind the Mumbai summers. Ira Soleil’s latest collection has a quirky mix of such Indian attires that can be mixed and matched as per your mood or different occasions. It is important to have some dependable outfits in your wardrobe that you know you can’t go wrong with.
My Anarkali 3rd Look is my Monochrome Love

The third look is monochrome love all the way mixed with Indian silhouettes. I fell in love with the texture of this off-white and black chiffon knitted kurta, which can be teamed up with leggings or rugged jeans depending on what look you want! I teamed it up with my favourite pair of comfy black leggings and boy oh boy what a winning piece this is from all my monochrome looks. The black stretchy panel around the waist gives this look just the right pinch around the waistline and the long length kurta with rounded off slits add to some classy cuts. This pattern comes in some summer friendly colours too.
If you liked these Indian Anarkali Trend looks, which I created then make sure to share the article and spread the love!!!! Lately I have rekindled my LAVVV for Indian looks!!!
