Wella Professionals has always been a leading pioneer when it comes to hair care, especially for the ladies with long hair that require so much more attention and need to use the right hair styling products. Wella Professionals decided to fly down in India the guru of long hairdressing and their Global Ambassador, Patrick Cameron to meet up few select bloggers of which I was a part too here in Mumbai. He is known as the God of hair care and hair styling worldwide!!! He has spent his last 25 years travelling across the globe to present his showstopper hairstyles. I was super thrilled and excited to discuss all about a healthy hair care regime with him that he could suggest for us women who are always on the go and especially have long hair.
Wella Professionals decided to host grand hair styling shows across three major cities in India with Patrick Cameron where he addressed 1800 hair stylists and presented them with his unique take on hairstyling possibilities with Wella. Patrick Cameron mentioned this at our Bloggers meet-up as well about how hair care is an extension of our self and we need to take utmost care of those locks to keep them swaying happily to our tunes.
He also showcased his Modern Vintage Collection that included some state of the art styling products from Wella Professionals and this collection was inspired from the 1960’s era. This combined the enduring fashion influence and the hairstyles that made a difference during that time. Patrick Cameron had presented the collection to demonstrate step-by-step hairstyle break-down that revamped long hair in some never seen before styles. These were live showcasing presented across three major cities in India – Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore. With Patrick, it is all about experimentation and captivating hairstyles that enhance your beautiful long hair.
At the Bloggers meet-up with the Global Ambassador Patrick Cameron himself, had so much to share and he helped us with some fine tips to follow for healthy long hair. I was amazed at how with one look at a person’s hair he would mention about their personality traits.
As you can see in the video, Patrick Cameron mentioned about me being very cheeky and sassy with respect to hairdos as I had opted for soft waves pinched onto one side. He said I am all about trying new stuff and being wild and experimental be it with fashion, personal life or hairtyles. I couldn’t have agreed more with him. 😀
Mentioning some of Patrick Cameron hair care tips for you ladies that are super helpful :-
- Post your hair wash, while you hair is still wet start combing your hair from the ends right upto the top with a wide tooth comb. This way your hair won’t break as much as compared to post drying.
- Select a pre-heating product always before you blow dry or use heating products on your hair that will protect your hair against breakage.
- Make sure to leave in your shampoos for 1 – 2 minutes and conditioners on for atleast 4 minutes so that your hair can soak in the goodness of these products.
- Abrasion of the brush is far more damaging against the gentleness of the wide tooth comb.
- Long Hair requires more attention, hence invest in a great shampoo and conditioner.
