My Enoya Story In A Traditional Pita Work Dress

My Snapchat Fam already knows about the recent launch of Enoya Store in Santacruz West, in Mumbai. They had the who’s who of the television industry dropping by to congratulate them and also to get their hands on all the latest party wear or wedding collection that they had to offer. So after browsing through their entire collection, I quickly knew which is the outfit for the launch day occasion for me. I put up so many insta stories and snapchat videos showing the vast wedding collection that they have. Especially all the hues of pink were to die for. They had such beautiful pieces in pinks and whites right from evening gowns, cocktail dresses and party wear.

So it was obvious that I picked out a perfect pink outfit for myself. I am wearing a gorgeous fluorescent pink umbrella flair dress with pink leggings from Enoya. The uniqueness of this party outfit is the gold and yellow “Pita Work” on the upper body. The Zardozi work is laid out flat on the clothing by hitting the handwork with a hammer. Hence the words – “Pita Work”. The Chinese collar and the side zipper makes it an easy to wear option this wedding season. It also comes with a side string with bead work at the end of the strings. Since these strings are from either side on the waistline, you get to adjust the fit as well as per your needs. I liked the contrast of an added yellow panel with another layer of umbrella flair of that colour beneath the pink at the bottom. Hence the yellow and gold work blends so beautifully to bring out the modern fit and Indian embroidery so well on the complete look. The net dupatta has a thin silver lacy border to keep the entire focus just on the dress.

A masterpiece is what I think this dress really is. I can’t wait to actually try out the western cocktail pieces from their collection, which can now be shopped directly from their newly launched Enoya Store. Stay tuned for that launch article which will be up right here this week itself.

For accessories, I kept it very classy and simple. A golden kada and golden earrings that are specially crafted for me, add the required bling to my look. The golden earrings are designed by Rosado Official label and they design their jewellery using 18 carat gold and semi precious stones. They strive to make designs that are uncommon yet in perfect harmony with the trends and occasions. These earrings can be worn from a boho to Indian and Indo-western look too. They have some unique pieces of hand harnesses, rings, earrings and necklaces that are definitely a cut above the rest. Kudos to Binal and Sonali for making us fashion enthusiasts a part of their creativity through these exceptional pieces. Shall link their handle below.  Finally I opted for golden heels as I was very much in the festive spirit.

    1. Thank you Debika. I recommend you can try out Maybelline New York V-Face Duo powder which is Matte and can be used as a bronzer. Also there is Lakme Absolute Sun Kissed Bronzer. Both are reasonably priced. I have also done a video for the V-Face Duo one you can check it out here – https://youtu.be/TteDqntFhR0
