Hyatt Regency Mumbai kick started a Backyard BBQ right by the pool, which will be on every Friday from 7-11 p.m. A perfect way to welcome your weekends in style, by chilling under the open skies with the wind ruffling your hair just right. Those of you who have been to the poolside area at Hyatt Regency Mumbai will see the transition of an informal fun Backyard BBQ grill party.
I love the fact that apart from some awesome international and Indian grills, they also have an array of cold salads and assorted breads to chose from. Make sure to make the most of the outdoor games zone with your friends or take a drink and chat up by the pool under the stars. Isn’t this rare in a city like Mumbai.
October is a perfect time to start with garden parties or Backyard BBQ nights since the temperature also plays along just right. I loved the set-up of the barrels with stools along with a bright red hand-painted lantern kept on each barrel. It added a private picnic feel to the entire dinner experience. Those of you like me, who ever wondered if you could take a stroll with your loved one and feast on some freshly grilled meats, talking and chatting like there’s no tomorrow here in Mumbai, then this is your chance to live it all up.
The Backyard BBQ is going to be set-up every Friday and all the way through the winter too. I actually plan on re-visiting with a bigger gang after our experience last Friday. Live counters for drinks, mocktails and grills will simply blow your mind away as you are truly going to be spoilt for choices.
