Each and every design, from the collection of “Curious By Jeena Gupta” has it’s own story to tell. Every cut and detailing of the outfit carries a lot of poise and quirk. The best way to team up all her outfits can vary from an indo-western touch by teaming up the tops with leggings or harems or keeping it purely chic and classy with jeans or just evening dresses.
The asymmetrical wave has swept me off of my feet and this classy collared kurti is a combination of stripes frenzy with the longer back hem. The season’s most loved and favoured colour – “Blue” has been intertwined with khaki colour as the base. Full buttoned up kurtas are very much in vogue and the longer backs add just the necessary diva-ness to your look. You can get it custom-made with any particular colour you want! I have tossed it in my jet-black leggings and held my mane back with a khaki floral hair band. The only highlight on my face is the matt red lips to add a contrast colour that stands out. Always opt for darker shades of lipstick with khaki. Let the sleeves down for the dinner and roll it up during the daytime running around.
I have always preferred going a little different route while selecting indo-western wardrobe. And mixing up of fun Indian khaki colour with a full buttoned shirt look, transforming it into a kurti is a head turner for sure. So, lets end the summer in style. Wear your kurtis paired with jeans / jeggings, bring out those bright shades of blushes and lipsticks, add that bindi for a little more Indian-ness, stand tall on these heels, wear your hair down, keep your accessories minimalistic and let your ‘asymmetrical striped kurti’ do the talking and think out of the box!!
